Ryan Sookram is an experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years in building and scaling successful businesses. As CEO of EPC Integrated Inc., he leads the company’s expansion into Guyana, focusing on quality construction, infrastructure, and strong local partnerships.

Ryan was instrumental in building and selling an HVAC sales company, developing a plug-and-play automotive business, and co-founding a plumbing, heating, and electrical firm. Across all ventures, his focus has been client growth and operational scaling.

Now in Guyana, Ryan brings his strategic approach to position EPC as a trusted, community-focused construction partner. His vision is to support national growth through sustainable infrastructure and local talent development.

Brian Sookram

President, EPC Integrated Inc

CO-FOUNDER

With over a decade of experience, Brian Sookram leads EPC Integrated Inc. as President and co-founder, bringing a strong background in marine cargo logistics and infrastructure development. He has guided EPC’s growth into a trusted contractor for both government and private clients across Guyana.

Under his leadership, EPC has delivered key civil projects—including roads, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure—aligned with national goals. Brian’s expertise in logistics, field operations, and compliance enables efficient execution, while his hands-on, strategic approach ensures quality and results at every level.

Ben Dhillon, General Manager

Mr. Dhillon leads EPC Management’s construction and engineering operations, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and innovative design solutions. He oversees project budgets, forecasts, and engineering strategies to ensure seamless progression and success.

Mr. Petricca is a seasoned Construction Executive with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and incident-free. With extensive experience managing diverse projects, he excels in budgeting, administration, and maintaining strict safety and schedule standards.

Mr. de Man is a seasoned project manager that has successfully delivered numerous builds and renovations, consistently meeting client expectations through meticulous planning, cost control, and collaborative stakeholder engagement. His ability to manage diverse teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards has solidified his reputation as a reliable leader in the construction industry.
